Public Spaces that have ended and that the host recorded. Live and upcoming Spaces can't be saved, and neither can Spaces the host chose not to record.
M4A is the audio exactly as X recorded it, and starts downloading at once. MP3 plays on every phone, computer and app, older ones included; it's converted as it downloads, which takes about a minute for each hour of the Space. Both come to about 45 MB an hour.
An M4A arrives as fast as your connection allows. An MP3 is made as it downloads, which takes about a minute for each hour of the Space, so a two-hour Space takes about two minutes. Either way, the browser may not show the file's size until it finishes.
You get the audio of a video Space, as an M4A or MP3 file. The video itself isn't downloaded.
Paste its link anyway and leave the page open. We look again every few minutes, and the download options appear as soon as the Space ends, if the host recorded it.

Only save Spaces you hosted or have the speakers' permission to use. Saving a recording doesn't give you the right to republish it.
