Terms of use
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of PocketClip. By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the service does
PocketClip lets you save videos and audio from public posts on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter) and Snapchat by pasting a link. We don't host these videos: each one is fetched from the platform when you ask for it. We only access posts that anyone can see without logging in.
Your responsibilities
- Only download videos you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to download under the law where you live.
- Use what you download for personal, non-commercial purposes, and respect the rights of the people who made it.
- Follow the terms of the platform the video comes from.
- Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful.
Fair use of the service
Don't access the service with automated tools or in bulk, try to get around its limits, or do anything that interferes with it. We may block access that does.
Copyright
If you own the rights to a video and want us to stop processing it, see our copyright and takedown page.
Trademarks
PocketClip is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter) or Snapchat. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show which links the service accepts.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Platforms change often, so downloads may fail, and we may change, limit or stop the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the service or the files you download with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from that date.
