Copyright and takedowns

We respect the rights of creators. PocketClip doesn't store or host videos: each download is fetched from the platform when someone asks for it, from posts that anyone can see without logging in.

What we can do

We can block a post so that this service no longer processes it. We aim to do this within 24 hours of receiving a complete notice.

Blocking a post here doesn't remove it from the platform where it was posted. To have the original taken down, use that platform's own copyright reporting form as well.

How to send a notice

Email contact@pocketclip.app with:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
2. A description of the work you own, or represent the owner of.
3. The link to each post on the platform that you want blocked.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the work is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may share a notice with the person who posted the content, or with the platform.

If something was blocked by mistake

Write to the same address with the link to the post and why you believe the block is a mistake. We'll review it and reply.
